The Black Tie Affair Cake is one of my favorite desserts to make. It's a chocolate lover's dream dessert and contains a moist chocolate cake, chocolate espresso ganache, chocolate buttercream and crushed dark chocolate. Definitely not waist-friendly, but worth the risk if you ever have the pleasure of tasting this decadent dessert. My favorite part of this cake besides the taste? The ripple-look at the top; it reminds me of a cup of coffee after you add your cream and sugar. :)
