Red Velvet Cake, what can I say? The splash of red food coloring definitely adds some excitement to the ordinary chocolate dessert. Best of all, the cream cheese frosting and pecans keeps the vibrant color hidden so you are still a little surprised when cutting into the cake. What fun!

I bet this is 100 times better than the dry Red Velvet cupcake I bought from Sprinkles the other day! I was so disappointed. And now I'm jealous of the people who ate yours.
