The last time I made this cake was for my 5 year wedding anniversary. After some minor adjustments, I finally made a Chocolate Raspberry Cake that I am proud to share. It contains a moist chocolate cake and is filled with homemade raspberry preserves. The frosting is vanilla buttercream that has been flavored with raspberry juice which gives it this lovely pink color. A few fresh raspberries later, I present to you this delish cake.

I am drooling - It looks absolutely delicious and perfect for spring!
