Easter At Home

Easter has come and gone, but I am left with wonderful memories. I began Easter by dying eggs the night before. I forget how much I love doing this, and the time spent creating these multi-colored eggs was definitely worth the outcome. They turned out fabulous!

I also prepared these fun baskets for all the pups and one for my favorite tiny tot guy Joey. The felt baskets were filled with store-bought pup treats and a couple of my homemade dog biscuits. Joey received an upgraded basket containing an ever-so-cute cute romper and some teething toys. :)

After a great lunch with our friends, I roamed around the backyard in search of fun places to hide my homemade dog treats for a little Easter hunt with the pups.

With help from Ben and our friends, the pups got the hang of searching for treats in no time.

Buster - you can always find him prepping himself before indulging in a treat. Silly pup.

Oh Halo, our little Easter treat hunter. :o)

With a little stomach room after lunch, we enjoyed homemade desserts made by yours truly.

Cinnamon Apple Pastry and Baked Yogurt with Blueberries anyone?

And of course I couldn't leave our friends out of having their own Easter egg hunt.

With eggs full of candy and some with scratcher tickets hiding inside, we ended Easter lunch full and happy.

Thanks to our friends for the great company, and as always, humoring my pup activities. :)
