Patio Set Upgrade

As you know, I recently took an e-course called Style Your Space and was immediately inspired by the lovely pictures and great tips. I learned how important it is to express our personality in our space, and taking that to heart, I began working my magic on this patio set that was gifted to us by our awesome friends.

Since the original color scheme did not exactly match our personality, we decided - fabric and seat cushions first. I found terrific green and white polka dot material at SAS Fabrics by the Pound to reupholster the seats with to give them a second life. From there, everything else fell perfectly in place.

With spray paint in hand, I went to town covering the black with a vibrant aqua blue. The result: a patio set that is more us - fresh and fun - and will look lovely in our new home once we find it. Yes, we are in search of our first home and hope that this patio set will find a cozy space in our new yard soon. Wish us luck!
