Let's Hear It For Graduation!

Congratulations to my friend Sarah who graduated with a doctorate in audiology this past week! Of course, we helped her celebrate the occasion with tons of fun at the park, yummy food and fabulous activities. You were such a great host Sarah.

I was also very honored to make the cake and knew that it was going to be red velvet with cream cheese frosting, but it took some time to figure out the design. It had to be something fun, but highlighted academics. My solution: an ear chart to resemble what you see at the doctor's office with the medical terms and messages all relating to what she would hear on graduation day. It was a whole lot of fun to make and came out rather well I think.
